Imam alat , a nešto i znanja u vezi mehanike ali ovo još nisam radio , pa ako može neki savjet ili slika kak bi lakše izmjenio ulje i semeringe na preednjim vilama VN800.

Evo sto sam nasao na netu , pa prevedi . Izgleda jednostavno .
Jack up, remove front tire and fender, loosen all triple tree clamp bolts and turn signal clamp bolts.. leave the chrome fork tube covers in place.. do not remove (if I remember correctly).. before U remove each tube.. U'll need to loosen the allen head bolts on the bottom of the lower outer tube (cant remember what size) 16, 18 mm allen wrench.. U will probably need to use and air wrench for impact removal.. these bolts are usually tight, and the fork (lower outer tube) will want to turn with U.. If U use conventional allen wrench ( but worth a try).. I have had them brake loose with-out use of air wrench..
After that.. just slide each fork tube down out of the triple clamps.. then U should have the complete fork tube in U're hand.. there will be a chrome (pretty) cap on the top of each tube.. pry this cap off gently as care not to damage ( U may do this step before removing the tubes from the bike ).. under that cap, will be another, in the center of this cap will be a recess.. I use a large punch.. push down the cap with the punch.. while doing so.. remove the ring that holds this cap.. be careful with this step.. for this second cap is spring loaded.. after this cap is removed.. the springs will slide out.. (U may need a second person) with this step to remove the ring.. then.. hold the inner tube with one hand, the outer tube with the other and kinda pop them apart.. by sliding the inner tube in and out.. kinda like using a dent puller motion.. when the two tubes come apart.. be careful.. oil will spill.. the seals will be under the dust seal..
If U wanna just change the fork oil.. one can do so with-out removing the tubes from the bike.. just remove the allen bolt at the bottom of each tube.. when these bolts are removed.. 95% of the fork oil will run out.. U can get almost all the oil out by compressing the tubes and releasing a few times.. the oil will squirt out of the bolt holes.. (DO NOT) loose the copper/brass gasket on the allen bolts.. they may be stuck to the bottom of the outer fork leg.. BUT.. U will still need to remove the two caps on the top of the fork tubes.. as to poor in the new oil..
