Bole je dobio na jednom mjestu sličen informacije koje si ti sad napisao, a na drugom mjestu je dobio informaciju da sva 4 idu isto ...
tj. od proizvođača klipova je dobio informaciju da sva 4 isto "The cylinder should be bored and honed to exactly 70mm the finish honing should use 400 grit." ....
a od jednog Kawasaki "tunera" je stigla informacija "When I bore an air cooled four cylinder, I set up the piston to wall clearance at .0020 inches on the two inside cylinders and .0018 inches on the two outside cylinders.
The two inside tend to run a little hotter, that is the reason for the additional clearance."
s tim što je onda taj isti "tuner" odgovorio da zezor na karikama treba biti "I set them up at .004 inch per inch of bore for the end gap.
A 1075cc motor is 2.834 inch, multiply that number by .004 and you get .011 inch.
The measurement that I use per inch of bore is .004 inch that equals .1mm approximately."
pa mi nije jasno kako može na sva 4 cilindra biti isti zazor na karikama ako nije isti fi cilindara ?!?!?
